Think of slow cooking stew in a pot with caramelized onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes and beer. Spicy, savory and above all very rich in taste. The sauce is exclusively developed for Oil & Vinegar. The taste of the beer is subtly present and fits perfectly with the spicy-hot taste of the sauce. So you don't necessarily have to be a beer lover to still be able to enjoy this sauce.

How It's Made:
To make this sauce we used the fresh Belgian beer Mongozo. This premium organic and fair-trade beer is gluten-free and has won the world beer prize for best gluten-free lager 3 times in a row. The alcohol has been boiled out during the preparation process of the sauce so that only the beer taste has been preserved.
